Apple Snack Bars
These apple snack bars are perfect for toddlers and kids. Easy to grab and go they are a healthy and delicious treat the whole family loves.
- 2 Cups oats
- 2 Tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 Cup coconut oil or butter melted
- 1 Cup applesauce or fruit pure
- 1 Apple chopped
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a bowl combine the oats with the cinnamon. Add the melted coconut oil or butter, the applesauce and the maple syrup. Incorporate the chopped apple.
Press the dough firmly into the prepared cake pan and take to the oven. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
Remove from the oven and let it cool down completely before slicing.
