Picky Eaters Fried Rice
This fried rice recipe for picky eaters is perfect for adults and kids alike. It's super easy to make and totally customizable to what your family loves. You can use what you have on hand making this is a simple meal that comes together quickly.
- 3 Cups rice cooked and cold
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 1/2 Cup peas
- 1/2 Cup carrots chopped
- 1/2 Cup corn
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tsp onion powder optional
- 1/2 Tsp ginger powder optional
Heat the oil in a large pan over high heat. Add the rice and cook, stirring occasionally until crispy and golden, around 4 minutes.
Add the peas, carrots, and corns and stir.
Add the egg, soy sauce and spices and stir vigorously to mix in. Cook for 3 more minutes and remove from heat.
